Simple Allergen Free Kid Friendly Recipe
As a mom with a child who is allergic to everything, I know the struggle of trying to find meals and snacks to give to your kids. I’ve read every label in the grocery store and have spent hours on Pinterest or Google looking for meals. I’ve learned to get creative in the kitchen. This is when trial and error is your best friend. I can’t tell you the number of times I've completely failed trying to make allergen free foods. It’s almost humorous the amount of disgusting dishes I have made. One time I tried to make gluten, dairy, egg, and soy free pancakes and let me tell you that it ended with me gagging and throwing everything away… needless to say my son didn't get pancakes for breakfast that morning.
